Ok so it’s a long story and too many details to remember but I’ll do my best to give a quick summary. I had a miscarriage in early December. Everything came out and hCG decrease relatively normal. The lower they got the slower they begin to drop. Last week my blood test said my levels were at eight. I was so excited because I was finally coming to the end of this miscarriage. But the blood test after that showed that my hCG increased to 13. It’s not a big jump but it’s definitely not what my doctor was expecting. He thinks I have something called a heterophilic antibody that’s interfering with my hCG depletion. He said it’s nothing concerning but he wants me to come in next week. Has anyone ever heard of this? Has anyone ever gone through this?
