Food Sensitivities and Pregnancy
Anyone have food sensitivities? I’ve avoided gluten and dairy for the past year or two, reducing other grains too like corn, reduced soy... since becoming pregnant I’ve been having bread and dairy and fruit because it feels good on my stomach. I get my usual rash/bloat when I eat them. Yes, the obvious choice is to avoid them, but I’m struggling with my usual diet (high fiber nuts/seeds/protein/vegetables hurting my stomach and intestines)
My question is... does anyone have any scientific evidence about how this could potentially affect or not affect the baby?
