Heavy bleeding

So after having my daughter (4yrs ago) I got the implant in my arm. It expired almost a year ago and I didnt have insurance to get it out and its still in my arm. I'm going to get it removed soon bc I just got insurance thru my work. Anyways it has messed with my periods really badly, I have a period very heavily for a week then after I'm done I start back up a week after I end with another heavy flow to the point I bleed thru my pants most of the time. And adter I finish a period, if me and my fiance have sex after I'm done then having sex usually makes me start my period back up :/ Has anyone experienced this before?? I'm 25.
