Has anyone else been through this?

In April I decided to stop taking my birth control pill I'd been on since the birth of my daughter who is now 3 1/2 yrs old. My periods were normal until last month. I had a very light short period. I'm normally a 7 day and it was only 3 or 4 days. Since then I've had weight gain in my lower tummy area, soft not hard, that I can't seem to get rid of. I've broken out, started having hiccups and indigestion like crazy. I've had dull lower backache for a couple of weeks now. I was supposed to start my period today, but instead have a light brown discharge. I'm not able to see my doctor for another week or so...Has anyone else had this and if so, what was your diagnosis?
