Hi everyone I got the nexplanon today and I have some questions. What pain should I expect the next couple of days, and when should I expect some irregular bleeding? Help? Tips? And how long did you wait to have sex after you got it?

I just got mine Friday and honestly no pain no spotting at all ... they told me to wait one month before we had unprotected sex.

Your arm will be painful and you won’t be able to do much with it, keep the bandaid that they put at your doctor’s office for 24 hours. After that, you can remove it, take a bath and cover it again for the next 7 days or until scarring occurs.
The irregular bleeding varies with users, I didn’t spot until January and I got it in December, I haven’t spotted or bled ever since.
