Fishy smell on boyfriends penis?

So first things first. I am a very clean person .. Down there. I don't smell and I shower after I have intercourse because I hate feeling dirty. Though, for some reason my boyfriends penis STILL smells fishy. He cleans it every day and the smell just doesn't seem to go away.. Opinions on how to get rid of the smell?

If he's uncircumcised and he's not cleaning under the foreskin, that could be it. To some guys I've heard it's painful to pull the foreskin back and clean it.

If he is circumcised then I've got nothing.

He could have an infection. I would go get checked out if I was him. Untreated things are never fun. There are several things that can cause a fishy, or generally abnormal, odor to the penis.
