Self conscious

So I don’t know if I’m the only one here who feels this way but i often find myself self conscious when I think of what my partner has done before me/who he’s been with. I have a very low self esteem and when I look at the girls he’s dated I’m always like “wow I’m uglier than them”

Or “wow they have such nicer bodies”

I was also a virgin and inexperienced when I met my bf and meanwhile he was experienced and had been w experienced girls so I always wonder if he compares the sex we have w his exes...

I know it’s all negative energy but I’ve got an anxiety disorder that makes me worry that I’m not enough all the time 🙄🙄🙄
