Crying?

Does anyone else just cry???? Like... Randomly? Something small triggers it and then all of a sudden you’re crying about everything?

Yes and sometimes I randomly start crying over nothing it’s so weird and kinda scares me sometimes considering I almost never get upset  😬

Ever since being pregnant this has been me. I’ve cried 10 times within the last two days. I don’t even want to guess how many times I’ve cried this entire 31 weeks of pregnancy. More than I have my entire life that’s for sure.

Ohh yes. I get it about a week before my period starts and during my period I get so emotional and can't hold back my tears. Its totally normal! Most of the time I get into fights and feel like punching something while the next second I'm crying because I feel awful. If you have depression or even anxiety that causes this might want to go see a therapist about it. But if you find it's just right before and/or during your period then it's PMS! You'll be fine lovely :)

That happened to me all the time when my depression was really bad. Sometimes it still happens when I have PMS.
