So I want to be with this guy but, he has a girlfriend. I want to hook up with him but I have to worry about the gf. When he talks with me we’re so happy and his gf always cheats on him. I don’t know what to do any advice or opinions on this situation?

You're not bad. Just don't make the bad decision of being like his GF. Tell him your concerns and tell him you're not going to do anything until they are broken up. If he is in a bad relationship he needs to get out. But it's never good to do something like that.
