1 month old keeps waking himself up
I’m having one of those days/nights where my baby just can’t fall asleep for some reason. He’s fed, changed, etc. but every 30 seconds he just keeps putting his hands to his face and it ends up waking him up (whether that be by knocking his Paci out or just from his hands rubbing on his face so hard). This just started the last couple days. He usually has no problem falling asleep with the tv on, light dimmed, not swaddled. We actually only swaddled him the first week and found that he kept breaking out of it and liked his hands to be free to we stopped. But tonight, He literally won’t fall asleep it’s been more than 2 hours. I have him in a dark room, quiet, swaddled super tight (he keeps breaking out of it). He keeps putting his arms to his face and rubbing it.
And since the afternoon, he hasn’t slept for more than an hour and a half straight, he kept waking up from his naps too. So I know he’s overly tired right now and it makes me so sad because I’m trying to get him to be as comfy as possible to sleep and he just won’t.
