I'm 37 weeks 5 days. So me and my boyfriend just had sex and afterwards, I noticed I was bleeding a little. I got up and there was slimy blood on the bed. But I couldn't tell if the slimy part was mucus or his cum. I went to the bathroom to see how bad I was bleeding, then when I peed more blood came out and when I wiped I had a lot of tissue with blood on it but the blood was just light pink. I'm not having contractions and I'm pretty positive my water didn't break but I don't know if it was my mucus plug or if I should go to the hospital because it was a pretty decent amount of blood, even though it was light pink. I stopped bleeding just a few minutes later and I'm not hurting so I'm hoping it was my mucus plug but at the same time idk😳 I have an appointment tomorrow morning and plus I have my 5 year old in bed right now so I'm not trying to wake him up and go to the ER if it was just my mucus plug but idk what to do. My boyfriend said when he was having sex with me it felt like he went inside my cervix or something because he felt something different and open which could just mean I was dilated and he made me lose the rest of my plug but I'm not sure what to do. I haven't had any cervix checks yet tomorrow will be my first one. What should I do? The picture below doesn't really show the amount of blood I experienced though, because there was more blood in the toilet when I first peed.

I've felt baby move since then so that's a good sign.

*update: I'm feeling some pressure on my butt and my abdomen feels like it's tightening and releasing a little bit but no pain

*update: I continued getting contractions all night. Went to my appointment today and doc says it was my bloody show, I'm 4cm dilated and 50% effaced! Will be having a baby soon:)
