I had my IUD out January 20th. My 1st period back was the 23rd and lasted only 3 days. No idea when I ovulated but I think the chart guessed the 8th.... said my period was due back the 20th but nothing yet. All preggo tests negative. Today I had a bit of cramping. More like a pinching feeling in my uterus area so I'm assuming I'm gonna start my period soon. That would make my cycle really fricken long!! I'm on day 36 unless I start in the morning.... how long is too long of a cycle? Should I be calling my dr tomorrow to see if I need some help getting my cycle on track? I have endometriosis and pcos but i don't ever recall my cycles being this bad! I remembered yesterday it was pretty close to 28 days give or take maybe a day or 2 every so often....
