I miss being able to eat all the fruit I want.
I miss being able to eat whatever bread I want.
I miss being able to have several glasses of juice.
I miss being able to eat a proper piece of cake.
I miss being able to have a greasy burger.
I miss being able to eat Nutella!
I just miss not being sad about food.
But everything effects my blood sugar so I'm just trying to stick with what I know works. But let me tell you, that eating the same for two months is boring as fuck! 😩
