does a UTI cause this? (v embarrassing)

okay so i’m 16yrs old & i just woke up & i peed the bed.. i literally have only done this like 2 other times & i was incredibly young. but now i’m almost a senior in high school & i’m soooo embarrassed. 
but when i got up to go pee it smelled/felt exactly like a UTI, so my question is does a UTI cause bed wetting or should i be concerned????

Do you have any other UTI symptoms? I get them quite often and I’ve never wet the bed

You could have a UTI, but wetting the bed isn’t really a symptom. With that said, it happens. Maybe you had a dream you were peeing (even if you don’t remember the dream), or it just happens. I wouldn’t worry too much about it unless it happens more often.
