Extremely tender swollen boobs

Hi ladies just wondering has anyone had extreme tender swollen and painful boobs Iv had this since 2 dpo ongoing and it’s now got to a stage that I get a burning feeling at times I’m due AF on the 5th but I have a strong feeling it could lead to pregnancy.

I have had other symptoms such as slight nausea on going cramps from 2dpo and backache.

Has anyone had similar symptoms that leaded to a BFP??? 🍼
