Has anyone used a belly band to help support the healing process after c section?!

This is my second c section. with my first I didn't use any kind of band but my loose skin hung over and made it difficult to clean etc. So has anyone found a belt not so much for cinching my waist but just to keep everything in place during the healing process? What brand did u use and where did u get them!? Thanks in advance!

Mine was from the hospital, but it was a life saver! It made getting around so much more comfortable!

C panty by Upspring, or any postpartum girdle. I got both the c panty and the belle fit. Belle fit girdles are expensive and I hoped that it being more on the pricier side it would work better and be more comfortable- not the case for me. The c panty is like $40 and works great

My doctor actually told me not to. He said “why do that to yourself” 🤷🏻‍♀️ I was planning to until he said that because I was afraid to get that flab that hangs over the scar but I didn’t use one and didn’t get a flab. I know everyone is different though. Maybe ask your doc for a recommendation. It sounds like some places give you one.
