I’m 31 and we elected to do it. It isn’t covered by my insurance, but I work for a university hospital and I guess they have negotiated that if it isn’t covered, you won’t pay more than $250 (which goes toward my deductible). We did it because we really value having more info as early as possible in case of abnormalities, and finding out the sex early is a great perk.

24 y/o and did it because I have hEDS and a history of genetic disorders on both sides.

No but I’m getting the second trimester one done, to me no sense in doing two, the only benefit would be knowing the gender but we would rather find that out through an ultrasound.
