Cramping
I’m 10 days past my ovulation date and 4 days before my expected period .. last night I was having pretty severe cramps. Any insight hoping it might be implantation cramps but not sure. I normally don’t cramp much but last night was intense and I needed a hot water bottle to help me sleep.
