Do I tell them or not yet?

Question

I have an interview for a new job tomorrow afternoon, do I tell them I am pregnant? Or do I wait and see if I get the job then tell them?

I work in Human Resources. Absolutely do not tell them until you are hired. That should have no bearing on your fit for the job. Most people do not intentionally discriminate, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen.

Legally unless the environment could be hazardous for you,  you don't have to disclose that your pregnant.

I am pregnant as well and just started a new job. I waited until I was hired ( I didn’t know I was pregnant until after I got hired ) 
 
My mother always told me to wait, so you can prove that you are able to do your job while pregnant VS you telling them you’re pregnant and they try to find a reason why you are unable or not fit to do your job.

I would ask yourself are you ready to share the news with friends and general public? If yes then tell them. If no then no. You might feel as if you were withholding information about yourself. But if you haven’t shared with the general public. Then they don’t need to know either. If you get the job then you deserve it and tell them when you are ready. Work hard as you would anyway. We are pregnant but not disabled so our employers don’t need to be afraid of us and treat us any different. However you should think about your maternity leave with this new job. Not being on the job for one year they may not give you the FMLA.

I’m in the same boat!  I have a third round interview coming up and I’m only 6 weeks along, so I plan to wait a few months (hoping I get the job and have a sticky baby).  Good luck!!
