Long periods?

Ever since I had a miscarriage in December I have been getting regular periods but instead of my regular 5-6 day cycle, I get it for a full 9 days? What the hell! Does this push back my ovulation date? Why are they so long now?

Answer

In theory it shouldn’t change your ovulation date if you’re regular, you generally ovulate two weeks before the start of your next cycle (first day you bleed) so a longer period shouldn’t change it, but seeing as though that’s pretty long, I’d see a doctor
