Anyone have ideas to help have a sticky bean? So worried about miscarriage!!!

I had a miscarriage four months ago and just found out I’m finally pregnant!!! So excited but also so scared of it happening again. Any advice on how to make sure it sticks?! Thank you in advance!!

A miscarriage is not your fault and sadly isn't preventable. Congratulations! Just listen to your body, eat right if you're not nauseous, and get rest.

Don’t do risky behavior like smoke, drugs, alcohol...stay relaxed/don’t stress.

After 2 MCs my GYN gave me baby aspirin (1 per day till I was 20w) and progesterone pessaries (again 1 per day till I was 12 w)..I am now 33+2. Good luck! ❤️

Do acupuncture! I started doing it weekly at 5 weeks and now I'm 10w4d. It can help support your pregnancy so much and work on your anxiety about miscarriage at the same time. I miscarried right before this pregnancy and it's definitely helped me.
