I'm learning about HIV and AIDS and it says that it is transmitted through bodily fluids like semen, vaginal secretions, blood and breast milk. But then it says that these have to get into your bloodstream? So I already knew having unprotected sex (vaginal or anal, even oral) can cause you to contact these but I don't get the part where it enters the bloodstream? How does that happen?
