I just got my second AF since stopping breastfeeding. I am ttc and it took us about 8-9 months the first time with a mc first. I have about a 38-40 day cycle. I seem to always get positive opks but usually on cd 24-25. Anyone had success with vitex. The time I got pregnant I got a positive opk on cd 17 randomly.

I do not want to try clomid just yet.

Anyone tried vitex and found success? My doctor must stop taking if you get a positive pregnancy. If so what’s the dose?
