F**k the US Health System
Just found out that I owe just over $400 out of pocket for the night I went into L&D because baby wasn’t moving right. Didn’t even stay there more than an hour. They gave me a room, a NST, an ultrasound, and an EKG (apparently EKG’s cost $600, thank god for insurance I guess). I can’t imagine what the out of pocket cost will be just for pushing a baby out of my vagina. I hate our healthcare system
