If you're using a heating pad or hot water bottle, that could be the cause. Uf you are using one, you should be careful because if your skin us looking like this, theres issues. Heat like that can cause skin cancer.

to me it kinda looks like fifth disease since the rash looks like lace, but it usually occurs just in kids and it also spreads all over the body. i’d just keep an eye on it!
