How to get some sleep ?!😔
I'm 34&3 days & it's getting really hard for me to sleep again. I can only sleep for 4-6 hours and then I'm up until whenever. Its like I'm tired but no matter what I do I just can't get back to sleep.
I have tried sleepy time teas, ( which are safe and natural of course), and they too only work for a while or not at all. My family is worried that I'm not getting to enjoy my rest before baby arrives, but there's nothing I can really do. They're also concerned that I won't have energy for labor cause my body will be tired. This worries me when they said it. 😖
Is there any advice you guys can give on how you're getting some shut eye?
