Please help I missed my period on febuary 8th and i had brown discharge only when i wiped and that was on the 24 and 25th barely anything though. today is the 27th and i am supposed to start my next cycle on March 8th. I feel bloated , pain below my belly button well more pressure then pain unless pushing on it . Headache, nausea, back pain , lightheadedness and getting very hot ! My body temp is 99 and 99.2 but goes down to 97? Has anybkdy experienced this or knows someone who has and what it could be ?
