It looks like they did a ‘qualitative’ test, which means they were just testing for the presence of HCG (pregnancy hormone). A ‘quantitative’ test would tell you how much HCG is in your system and is usually done when tracking an increase over time to make sure everything is developing properly, or when someone miscarries and the levels are decreasing.
