Pregnancy Shapewear

Is there any shape wear that is safe to wear while pregnant? I am extremely self conscious about my love handles and soft tummy (yes, i have tried working out, but it hasn’t done what I’d like). I currently wear very high compression shape wear, but I know when I’m pregnant, that probably isn’t best. Any recommendations on brands or where to get them?
