Earliest signs of pregnancy?

What are the earliest signs of pregnancy? Could I be nauseous a week and half in?

Answer

I was vomiting before my BFP. 
I had cramps at 8dpo (only for the day) 
At 9dpo I had:
Headaches
Dry eyes
Chest acne
Frequent urination (from extra blood flow to the kidneys) 
Sensitive nipples
Bloated
Fatigue 
Insomnia
Hot flashes
And I had a dream that someone was telling me I need to quit smoking. 
10dpo I got my BFP

Answer

Implantation happens 6-12 dpo. It could be pregnancy but it could be something else. Pregnancy and AF symptoms are VERY similar (especially when symptom spotting). Only a test will tell.
