36 weeks today and I had my first cervix check. Cervix is still closed and I am not dilated at all. My OB said this is perfectly normal for a first pregnancy. Can things begin to change in just a few weeks (maybe at 38 weeks)? Or does it just look like I’m gonna be going to my due date and beyond? I know there is really know way or telling, but has this happened to anyone? You go for a check and nothing then a few weeks later good progression? Thanks!
