What do you do at a first court hearing? I lost my daughter to her father!

I took my abusive drug ex back. My daughter went for a weekend to her fathers and told him some stuff. She was only suppose to go for a few days and he hasnt given her back since. It's been 6 weeks I havent seen her.

I made the stupid decision to try go take her and I hurt her father's misses, and they pressed charges on me.
