Opks can also pick up hcg so I wouldnt trust it 100%

Yes, you can ovulate with low levels of hcg in your system. This is how people get pregnant before they get their first period after MC. I feel like most of the time they don’t even know when they ovulated bc they kinda expect not to during that time, if that makes sense? Lol

I'm pretty sure you can. I had a miscarriage 1/31. I have always experienced ovulation pains and I started having those pains 2/16-2/20. I have been taking a pregnancy test each week to track my HCG. On 2/22 my test was very faint but still positive. I just tested this AM (testing early d/t sore breasts, fatigue, dizziness) and the pregnancy line is a stronger positive. Based on what I'm experiencing, definitely think you can ovulate with HCG!
