Help! How should my baby sleep with a cold and lots of drainage?

Is it safest for him to stay swaddled on his back or should i sleep him reclined in the rock and play???

Reclined is best with a stuffy nose and drainage

I put my boy in a rock and play for sleep when he was stuffy. He slept so much better with the small incline
