Heating pad after FET?

Are you allowed to use a heating pad after FET? I forgot to ask the docs

No. But keep your feet warm. I used Warm fuzzy socks, and warm foot tub to relax and stay warm.

I bought fire and ice microwaveable ones on amazon: they are small circles that only cover the injection site. 
My dr said these were fine bc they would not raise my core temp or even reach where the uterus is.
I have a Bella band to hold up pants early pregnancy that keeps them in place. They heat in the microwave for 15 seconds. 
My dr said no to a conventional heating pad that covers your whole back.  Going on week 8 now and get to stop next week!
