Mineral water like pellegrino. Tasted like shit but took the edge off whenever i felt like i was going to vomit.

Exercise was the only thing. When I exercised, my nausea disappeared. It came right back afterwards though. Nothing really alleviated it. Just had to bite the bullet and get through it. Mine always ended around 14 weeks.
