For me It came as a total shock! I actually had the implant birth control. So the days before I found out I’m thinking I have the flu or some stomach bug lol nausea, vomiting and crazy headaches, so I made a appointment with my primary care doctor and he was gonna prescribed me medicine that requires me to take a urine test cause if pregnant can be harmful to baby so they like to check just in case. Lord I NEVER THOUGHT he was gonna come back and say it was positive!! I Literally asked them to run it again cause in my mind it’s impossible due to my implant. So moments later he come back with the nurse and a small kit saying he’s gonna give me a local anesthetic to numb my arm where the BC is at and remove it. Everything happened so fast from finding out, to them removing my BC to being sent for a ultrasound, why they didn’t do the ultrasound first idk but, there it was a little jelly bean measuring 8 weeks. Never knew cause I never had a period with the implant. I’m still digesting it. This is baby number 5 and I’m a little worried cause I’ve had 4 csections already!
