HELPP

So i took a plan b 2 months ago & i spotted a week after i took it but i haven’t gotten my period since then. i’m scared i’m pregnant, even though i’ve taken two pregnancy test & they both came back negative. i don’t feel pregnant but i’m not sure how that feels so??
