What is happening

Okay y'all this is my 4th baby but I have had 3 c-sections never in labor so advice please. I have been having a lot of pain starting at my side moving to my belly button sometimes down my legs and the baby is going nuts. I fell loke I hqve to pee none stop even after I pee. I have had leakinging Idk what it is for 2 days now. I have not drank much water as I feel suck to my stomach all day the last few days. What are tour thouhts oh and it fells like baby is punching hard on my cervix causes a lot of pain too.
