3D/4D scan - worth it?

Question

We had potentially our last scan at 24 weeks. The sonographer tried (not hard enough) to get a 3D picture but baby had both hands and feet over its face at that moment. 
Now I’m left feeling sad like I didn’t get to experience that part of my first pregnancy journey and I’m wanting to throw money at a trip to a city that does elective 3D/4D scans. 
Thoughts? Worth it?

For me it’s worth it here’s my little girl at 20 & 23 weeks. And I’m gonna go get more around 28 weeks

This was mine at a 3D scan at 23 weeks :) im gonna go back at 35 weeks :)

Ww did one with my son. We will do one  early early april with this one. It was worth it in my opinion

I didn’t get one with my first. This time around, I got one quick snap of our baby girl at my anatomy scan. I’ve considered doing an elective 3D scan but I think I’m leaning away from it. I want the surprise of what our baby looks like at the delivery! I may change my mind down the road but for now, I can wait :)

It was worth the money I paid! I did everything I could to get clear pictures and made sure baby was awake 😂 like hydrating for 4 days beforehand, and a couple sips of caffeine and a piece of chocolate right before the scan. My boy didn’t let me down though 😍. And it helped my boyfriend feel a little bit more connected to him which was important to me too! I’m glad I had it done.
