Since 9 DPO I’ve been having painful lower abdominal cramping and back pain. 10 DPO add moderate appetite on top of that. But this cramping and lower back pain have been going on for 4 days straight with no period showing up?? Periods predicted to arrive on the 1st. I’ve never cramped like this prior to AF and have definitely never had this horrible achy lower back pain no matter what I do or how I lay.

Anybody have these before their BFP?! I’m praying this is it 🙏🏻
