First IUI. Advice please!!

I had my first IUI Sunday morning. The doctor said my cervix looked good. I had 5 mature follicles going in. I am praying this works. I am emotionally and mentally exhausted. Trying for almost one year. Anyone know how to not stress and focus on the dreaded TWW. It's so hard not too when you are going through this. The people that do know what your going through are always asking how it is going. If it works and we get pregnant I kind of want to keep it a secret because of the high risk for miscarriage. I just don't know who to talk to anymore!! Feeling confused and emotional but hopeful at the same time. : )
