So last year August I had a miscarriage, then found out I was pregnant 3 months later on November, but found out it was an ectopic pregnancy, so on December I got methotrexate shots twice to stop the pregnancy and just had my first period in ending of Jan and now just wanting for my next period which is in 2 days but somehow I have a feeling I’m preggo again... is it possible to not have a positive test or have difficulty getting a positive home pregnancy test even I went through all of that!!!??? Sorry for the long post and TIA!!!

Ps. Just wanted to ask what does PCOS mean!?
