What temperature is best to keep the room at night for your baby

My little girl is 3 months old wondering what the right temperature I should set my a/c & how to dress without her overheating/ getting cold.
We use a fleece sleeping sack.

Everything I have read says 68-72°F so we keep it in that range (or try to, our house has issues).

I keep my room in the mid 60s with socks, sleeper and fleece sleep sack. All my babies slept/sleep well and through the night this way. Overheating is more dangerous than being too cold.

We keep our house around 67-68.  Our little one sleeps in footed pjs and a Halo Sleepsack. If the house seems cold we add a long sleeve onesie.

If it’s the halo fleece sack which is a tog 1, then I do 20 Celsius, with a long sleeve footed sleeper and she’s fine ☺️

I was told if it is comfortable for you it is comfortable for baby. Right now, the room is 66 (according to my monitor). He is sleeping in a fleece sleeper.

I usually set the temp to 71-72 with a onesie. If its chilly i will add pants and/or a blanket
