Anyone know what this is? Its raised & itches. Thought it was just a mole or something at first cos it didn’t have any issues. Now it itches & is a little tender ...

Agree most likely a ingrown. I usually get tweezers after pressing a hot towel on them to bring them up to the surface then try to put the hair completely out.

It looks like an infected ingrown hair to me., but I'd also go get a second opinion since that kind of thing is something you really want to 100% know what it is.
