How to get baby to drop lower into my pelvis?

Question

Anyone been doing any exercises to get baby to drop? I'm pretty ready to have this baby now, but she hasn't fully dropped yet.

I looked up on YouTube different labor exercises with the exercise ball! I've been sitting on that instead of our other furniture and doing exercises every chance I can.  I did it for hours yesterday and he moved lower and I've been having irregular contractions since.

My OB told me yesterday that only 60% of women drop before they go into labour :) he said don’t worry about it, you could still go into labour at any time even if you haven’t dropped! 
He delivered me almost 30 years ago and is now going to deliver my child so I definitely trust he knows what he’s doing!

Squats and birthing ball!!!

I’ve been working out on the elliptical, walking, and just started exercises on my yoga ball. Last week at 38 weeks my baby was high up, I have another appt this week and am eager to see if adding the yoga ball helped.

Walking, using a yoga/birthing ball and doing squats will all help. Although I would go too mad on the squats because you’ll just be aching in the legs during labour. I’ve being mostly walking and my baby is almost where she needs to be
