11 weeks and teething?

Anyone else my little one is extra fussy at the moment rejecting feeds, drooling like crazy, chewing on his hands and anything we put near him.
I’ve checked his gums and across the top there is a sharpness one one side could this be his first tooth coming through already?

Mine is doing the same. It could possibly be teething as some start teething way before teeth actually appear. But it’s also around 11-12 weeks that they have a growth spurt or “wonder weeks” where they’re learning a host of new things. Their saliva glands all of a sudden pick up and they chew their hands because they become more aware of them and are able to control them more and they recognise the comfort from it. All these new things they’re learning and taking in can cause them to become fussy and grizzly, it may change their sleep pattern, eating pattern or how they play.

Could definitely be teething already, but it is very unlikely that a top tooth would erupt first (though not impossible). They usually get the bottom 2 first.

My daughter already has two bottom buds but past chewing on her hands no real teething symptoms but I have heard of babies starting early heck my one friend bith her babies where born with 2 teeth!

My daughter is teething already and isn’t even 9 weeks old. I had 4 teeth by the time I was 12 weeks and my mom said I bit her all the time so this is my payback lol

My son is doing the same except he would almost never refuse a feed lol. I’ve read they can be teething and not have an actual tooth erupt for a couple more months. Maybe that’s what they’re doing right now 🤷‍♀️
