So Monday and Tuesday my stomach was tight and hard but I thought it was because I was constipated. Yesterday I woke up with tingling and heavy sensation in my boob. And they feel that way this morning too along with nausea. My period is 5 days a way. Does anyone have any ideas of what this might be? Or even any tips on what to do? I have never felt like this before.
