Yes, you can take it. I’ve been sick and I’ve been taking the gummy version. Doesn’t taste to bad. I think they are only 500mg each.

It is not high at all. To have premature birth or miscarriage you would have to have like 10 a day or so... 
It’s fine to have one or two to avoid cold or any infection especially while pregnant when our immune system is low. Good luck!

It's on my avoid list from my doctor :/ They said it depends on the type and amount. The vitamin c amount might be okay but typically there are other vitamins in there that are not. My doc suggested I just drink orange juice instead.
