Temps and confused
Does your temp drop when you have AF? I’m so confused. Mine is still rising daily but this is day two of AF (I think). I took a test yesterday and it was negative so I don’t think this is implantation. But why the rise in my temp? I’m using AVA so it’s my skin temps
